On June 10, Golden Solar announced that its subsidiary, Guangdong Golden Glass Technologies (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., signed a sales contract on June 9, 2025, with a South Asian customer for 194MW of HJT (heterojunction) solar cells. The contract value is expected to exceed 50% of the company’s audited main business revenue for the year 2024.

The announcement also noted that the total value of HJT cell sales contracts signed with this customer over the past 12 months (including this newly signed contract), calculated based on the USD to RMB exchange rate as of June 9, 2025, has exceeded 100% of the company’s audited main business revenue for 2024.
