100MWh: Hoenergy Energy Storage Signs Vietnamese Energy Storage Order
On December 7, Hoenergy Energy Storage and Vietnamese enterprise AISEN officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement and a 100MWh energy storage contract in Ho Chi Minh City. The two parties will build a full-chain energy application ecosystem covering products, services and market resources.
This cooperation is an important step in Hoenergy Energy Storage's global strategic layout. Going forward, Hoenergy Energy Storage will join hands with AISEN to deepen its presence in the energy storage markets of Vietnam and the entire Southeast Asia.

350MWh: Nenghui Technology Signs European Energy Storage Order
On December 8, Nenghui Technology issued an announcement stating that it had recently signed a 350MWh energy storage framework contract and the first batch of sales contracts with an overseas partner, a certain European company (hereinafter referred to as "Company X").
According to the announcement, the two parties agreed on a cooperation target of 350MWh. Nenghui Technology will sell products including battery energy storage systems, as well as related design, development, construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance services to Company X in 2026.
Under the cooperation target, deliveries will be made in accordance with individual contracts signed by both parties. They agreed that the advance payment for each project shall be at least 20% and paid upon signing of the individual contract, with the payment terms for the remaining amount further specified in the individual contract. The quantity, unit price and delivery date of products for each batch of delivery shall be stipulated in the individual contract. The contract shall take effect upon signature and seal by both parties and remain valid until December 31, 2026.
At present, Nenghui Technology has received the advance payment for the first batch of contracts. The progress of the signing and execution of the first batch of contracts (20MWh) is as follows:
Contract subject: Liquid-cooled energy storage cabinets, PCS, EMS, etc.
Contract price: EUR 2,504,408.60
Delivery period: Deliveries shall be completed within 135 days after the advance payment is made; if payment is delayed, the delivery time shall be renegotiated.
