On the evening of December 1, Gansu Golden Solar Co., Ltd. announced the signing of a major sales contract, securing new overseas HJT solar cell orders.
According to the announcement, the company’s subsidiary, Guangdong Gansu Golden Glass Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., signed a total of 298MW of HJT solar cell sales contracts with South Asian customers from September 17 to December 1, 2025. The total contract value is expected to account for over 50% of the company’s audited main business revenue for 2024 and exceed 100 million yuan.
Regarding the specific information of the cooperating parties, Gansu Golden Solar stated that, due to confidentiality agreements with the customers and to protect both parties’ trade secrets, the company has completed internal disclosure exemption procedures for confidential information, and the specific details of the transaction counterparties will not be disclosed.
Meanwhile, both parties have reached a consensus on the pricing principles for the HJT solar cells. Prices will refer to market levels and will be determined through mutual agreement. The contract takes effect immediately from the date it is signed and sealed by both parties.
Data shows that in 2024, Gansu Golden Solar recognized revenue of 9.2752 million yuan (excluding tax) from transactions with this customer, accounting for 7.5% of the company’s total audited revenue for 2024.
The execution of this contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s operating performance in 2025. The specific amount of impact will be subject to confirmation by the company’s annual audit.
Previously, on June 9, 2025, Gansu Golden Solar also signed a 194MW high-efficiency HJT solar cell sales contract with the same customer.
