According to Official Account @DNE, on the morning of April 10, the first piece of high-efficiency heterojunction components of Grand Sunergy (Laizhou) Dual Carbon Industrial Park was successfully rolled off the production line, marking that the industrial park has production conditions.

In the production workshop of high-efficiency heterojunction modules in the industrial park, automated production equipment is running in an orderly manner, and after a series of processes, such as automatic welding, lamination, EL test, appearance quality inspection and high-temperature vacuum encapsulation, a piece of high-efficiency heterojunction PV module successfully goes down the production line. The production line adopts the domestic advanced PV production equipment and technology, and the high-efficiency heterojunction modules produced are characterized by low attenuation rate, high photoelectric conversion efficiency, strong stability and long service life.

Guosheng (Laizhou) Dual Carbon Industrial Park Project is invested and constructed by Shandong Shengcheng Shian New Energy Co., Ltd, covering an area of 526 acres with a total construction area of about 230,000 square meters. At present, the first phase of module workshop and related supporting facilities have been completed, the first 1.25GW high-efficiency heterojunction photovoltaic module production line has completed debugging and successfully realized the first piece of the line, and we are accelerating the debugging of the second production line.
