According to the content of the notice, the Weining 5GW XBC Photovoltaic Cell Project is located on Gongye 4th Road, Wuligang Sub-district, Weining County, with a land area of 265.49 mu. As a new construction project, its developer is DAS Solar Co., Ltd. (Weining).

The main structures to be built for this project include battery workshops, comprehensive warehouses, wastewater treatment stations, air separation stations, solid waste warehouses, chemical solution supply rooms, chemical warehouses, silane stations, hazardous waste warehouses, ammonia stations, nitrous oxide stations, power stations, fire-fighting water tanks, 110kV substations, dormitory buildings and canteens, etc.
