China Huaneng and CATL Jointly Establish a New Company in Tibet
On September 21, Huaneng Lancang River Guxue (Markam) Hydropower Co., Ltd. completed its business registration in Markam County, Qamdo City, Tibet Autonomous Region. The company has a registered capital of 5.6 billion yuan, and its legal representative is Guo Jianwen.
An equity penetration analysis reveals that the company is jointly held by CATL and Huaneng Lancang River Upper Reaches Hydropower Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huaneng Hydropower. Specifically, Huaneng Lancang River Upper Reaches Hydropower Co., Ltd. made a subscribed capital contribution of 4.984 billion yuan, holding an 89% stake, while CATL subscribed to 616 million yuan, holding an 11% stake.
The specific items of the business scope registered with the industrial and commercial administration include: hydropower generation; technical services for solar power generation; technical services for wind power generation; technical services for energy storage; and the operation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
Great Power Establishes an Energy Technology Company
On September 21, Guangzhou Zhikun Huineng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established with a registered capital of 2 million yuan. Its legal representative is Jiao Jian.
The company's business scope encompasses the research and development of emerging energy technologies; technical services for solar power generation; sales of mechanical and electrical equipment; sales of new energy prime movers; centralized fast-charging stations; leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment; sales of photovoltaic equipment and components; and technical services for energy storage.
According to equity penetration data from Qichacha, the company is jointly held by Guangzhou Great Power Smart Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Great Power) and Huajian Kunneng (Shanghai) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with the two parties holding 70% and 30% stakes, respectively.
Yichu Shuzhi Establishes Two Additional Energy Technology Companies
On September 21, Shenzhen Yichu Shuzhi Energy Group Co., Ltd. established two new companies: Shenzhen Tongyuan Xinsheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Minghui Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Both companies have a registered capital of 5 million yuan and share Shi Lei as their legal representative. Their registered addresses are located in Yuehai Subdistrict, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

Shenzhen Energy Establishes a New Energy Company
On September 18, Shenneng (Beijing) New Energy Partnership (Limited Partnership) was established. Registered in Fengtai, Beijing, it has a registered capital of 2.214 billion yuan.
The company's business scope covers power generation, power transmission, and power supply (distribution) businesses; technical services for solar power generation; technical services for wind power generation; technical services for energy storage; and technical services for power generation.
The partners include Tianjin Xuxing New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd., Shenneng Northern Energy Holding Co., Ltd., and Shenneng (Tianjin) Energy Technology Co., Ltd., all of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Shenzhen Energy Group.
China Three Gorges Corporation Establishes a New Company in Qinghai
On September 16, China Three Gorges Corporation Qinghai Energy Investment Co., Ltd. was officially established. Located in Chengxi District, Xining City, Qinghai Province, it has a registered capital of 1 billion yuan, with Wang Qingwei serving as the legal representative.
In terms of the equity structure, China Three Gorges Renewables (Group) Co., Ltd. subscribed to a capital contribution of 340 million yuan, accounting for a 34% stake. China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. and Yangtze Three Gorges Investment Management Co., Ltd. each subscribed to 330 million yuan, each holding a 33% stake.

On September 14, Hefei Sungrow Duomei Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was officially registered and established. The company is located in the High-tech Zone of Hefei City, Anhui Province, with Dai Chenghong as its legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan.
The company's business scope encompasses the manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components, manufacturing of power electronic components, battery manufacturing, production of battery spare parts, manufacturing of smart household consumer devices, development of artificial intelligence basic software, development of artificial intelligence application software, technical services for energy storage, artificial intelligence basic resources and technology platforms, and sales of solar thermal utilization equipment.
Qichacha's equity penetration data shows that the company is 100% wholly-owned by Sungrow.
