On August 11, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Julineng Technology Lithium Battery Production Base Project took place in the Electronic Information Industrial Park of Tongshan County, Xianning City, Hubei Province.

Invested and constructed by Julineng (Hubei) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the project has a planned total investment of 1.8 billion yuan and will be built in two phases. The first phase is scheduled to involve an investment of 500 million yuan, with 30 mu of land expropriated to construct infrastructure such as a comprehensive office area, factories, workshops, canteens, and dormitories. The second phase plans to invest 1.3 billion yuan, with a proposal to expropriate an additional 20-50 mu of land to expand the production scale. It is estimated that the import and export volume in Hubei will reach over 20 million yuan.
