At booth 12T059 in Hall 12, a battery that can quickly "recharge" an electric vehicle with 400 kilometers of range within 10 minutes is particularly eye-catching. This is the ultra-high rate 46-series large cylindrical battery brought by Yantai Lihua Power Technology Co., Ltd., directly addressing the "range anxiety" of the new energy vehicle industry.
In addition to high-end power, Lihua Power can also provide customized products and solutions for various industries and application scenarios such as the low-altitude economy, intelligent robots, construction machinery, residential/portable energy storage, and more. It is reported that Lihua Power has already received letters of intent from several well-known brands in the aforementioned fields, with order volumes exceeding its total production capacity for the entire year of 2025.
Feng Zihao, Deputy General Manager of Lihua Power, attributes this to two key aspects: "products" and "services."
At the product level, Lihua Power focuses on 46-series large cylindrical batteries and has completed several technological innovations. Its globally pioneering "full-path tabless" design reduces internal resistance by 20% compared to conventional designs, akin to "opening up the Ren and Du meridians" for the battery, redefining fast charging speeds.
However, the increase in rate does not come at the expense of safety. Lihua Power takes a three-pronged approach encompassing "design," "manufacturing," and "application" to comprehensively ensure that its products possess both "high rate" and "high safety." Firstly, design safety is guaranteed through technologies such as thermal decoupling and microscopic arc suppression. Secondly, adhering to the principle of minimalist manufacturing and relying on its unique external assembly technology and self-gravity assembly technology, the possibility of introducing foreign matter is reduced by 75%. Simultaneously, the thermal management of the battery is optimized from both heat generation and dissipation perspectives, ultimately ensuring application safety.
Regarding market strategy, General Manager Feng stated: "Our company's original intention and vision, as well as our long-term market strategy, is to provide ultimate service to customers and help innovators stay one step ahead. It is reported that Lihua Power's large cylindrical battery project plans to invest over 10 billion yuan. Upon completion of all construction, the production capacity will reach 25GWh, with an estimated annual sales revenue exceeding 15 billion yuan, setting a new benchmark for the mass production strength of large cylindrical batteries.
