(3) Tin layer thickness: refers to the thickness of the tin material coated on the outer layer of the copper material, i.e. the distance of the surface of the tin material from the copper material; if the thickness of the tin layer is too thin, the component is prone to false soldering, while the thickness of the tin layer is too thick, which may lead to hidden cracks in the component, and more seriously, may lead to debris.
