Los Angeles will pour USD 30 million (EUR 25.6m) into a municipal solar and storage programme with the purpose of using 100% renewable energy by 2035.

The City has put forward a motion that will seek to identify municipal buildings, which will potentially offer the greatest cost savings and greenhouse gas reductions.
