Strategic HVACR Recruitment Partner, Careersbay to unveil HR fair at the 8th edition of The Climate Control Conference

CPI Industry will be hosting the Middle East’s first ever HVACR Careers Fair. The event will be held on the 15th and the 16th of June at the Meydan Hotel in Dubai, in partnership with Careersbay and in conjunction with The Climate Control Conference.

Careersbay is the only specialised HVACR-related recruitment company in the region and prides itself on having fulfilled numerous assignments at managerial and non-managerial levels in a relatively short span of time.

The Fair will provide jobseekers and students alike residing in the UAE direct access to some of the region’s leading HVACR companies. It will also aim to be the definite face-to-face networking and meeting point between potential employers and candidates. The Fair is expected to attract large MNCs and homegrown SMEs in the region. It will provide an experience that will go beyond recruitment, by allowing peers to network and share knowledge about the job market, which is currently witnessing a perceptible growth.

“We are delighted to be associated with the first-ever HVACR Careers Fair in the region, to complement our service to the industry,” said Frederic Paille, the Managing Director and Associate Publisher of CPI Industry. “We felt that the time had come for an HR-related event, as a fitting response to the growth being witnessed in the region.”

Added B Surendar, the Editorial Director and Associate Publisher of CPI Industry: “The Careers Fair comes at a critical time, when the industry is shrugging off years of anaemic growth and is looking to bolster its contribution to the region against the backdrop of such interesting developments as the wave of affordable housing projects, EXPO 2020 and the 2022 FIFA World Cup.”

The Climate Control Conference is a unique platform that discusses multiple HVACR-related issues through involving stakeholders in pre-construction, construction and post-construction disciplines in the region. The two-day conference will see participants address a grand total of 82 topics, with a structured approach to arriving at insights and recommendations.

CPI Industry publishes Climate Control Middle East, which is the Official Publication of the event. The Conference also has the media support of Infrastructure Middle East magazine.
