According to EnergyTrend, Pylontech held an offline ceremony for its massproduced 588Ah and 601Ah highcapacity energystorage cells at its Hefei base on September 21, marking the official launch of largescale mass production for these highcapacity energystorage cells.

The 588Ah and 601Ah energystorage cells are independently developed by Pylontech, featuring high safety, long cycle life and high energy efficiency. Leveraging the intelligent manufacturing system of the Hefei base, the company has achieved batch output of over 100 MWh for this cell series.

In terms of productionline intelligence, the core processes of the largecell production line boast a 100% automation rate, with more than 120 industrial robots and over 180 sets of smart equipment deployed. The MES system collects fullchain production data to enable 100% endtoend traceability of individual cells, supporting quality control throughout the entire cell lifecycle.

At present, these highcapacity cells have been adopted in Pylontech’s newgeneration PyOcean series largescale energystorage systems of 6.25 MWh and 8 MWh. Corresponding energystorage system orders have been secured and products have been officially shipped.

In terms of market deployment, public information shows that Pylontech has continuously delivered largescale energystorage projects at home and abroad in recent years. These include the 120 MW/240 MWh energystorage power station in Yizheng, Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, the 200 MW/400 MWh energystorage power station in Ningxia, as well as multihundredMWhlevel energystorage projects in Europe. The firm keeps accumulating experience in delivering largescale energystorage projects.
