According to EnergyTrend, on September 17, EVE Energy issued an announcement stating that its subsidiary Hubei EVE Power has signed a longterm battery supply framework agreement with Fluence for a total cooperation volume of 206 GWh.
As disclosed in the announcement, building on prior sound collaboration, EVE Energy and Fluence have agreed to expand their partnership by establishing a framework agreement covering cooperation from 2027 to 2031. The key agreed terms are as follows:
- Deliveries for 2027 will amount to 16 GWh;
- Reserved capacity for 20282031 totals 190 GWh.
Furthermore, the announcement clarifies that this is a framework arrangement for prospective supply cooperation. Specific details including product specifications, procurement volumes, pricing, delivery schedules and quality standards shall be subject to formal purchase orders to be signed subsequently.
Public information shows that Fluence is a leading U.S. energystorage integrator jointly founded by Siemens and AES, with deeprooted deployment in the AIDC energystorage market.
In June 2026, Fluence, together with Siemens and NVIDIA, unveiled a power architecture for AI data centres and rolled out a powerandenergystorage reference solution tailored for the NVIDIA DSX Vera Rubin AI compute cluster. According to management remarks from the company’s earnings call, Fluence has signed master supply framework agreements with two hyperscale cloudservice providers.
EVE Energy commented that the deal represents recognition of its battery product performance and supply qualification. The framework agreement is expected to exert a positive influence on the company’s future development, while its financial impact for the current fiscal year remains uncertain.
