Recently, domestic energy storage companies have continued to make progress in securing orders, delivering equipment, and commissioning projects both at home and abroad. These developments involve various scenarios, including standalone energy storage, commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage, microgrids, and grid-side energy storage. Notably, Singularity Energy secured a 4GWh energy storage equipment procurement, RelyEZ signed a 500MWh energy storage order in France, and the first of Zhongchu Technology's 70MWh energy storage projects in Japan was commissioned. Other companies, including Envision Energy, Lixingneng, LONGi Green Energy, Sineng Electric, and Guanlong Power, have also successfully landed or delivered energy storage projects.
Envision Energy Delivers 125MWh Energy Storage Order in Morocco
Recently, OCP Green Energy's 25MW/125MWh energy storage project at the Benguerir mining site in Morocco was officially connected to the grid. Envision Energy provided the core energy storage equipment for the project.
Previously, at the end of 2025, Envision Energy signed a cooperation agreement with the project owner, and it has now completed equipment delivery and grid connection.
Singularity Energy Secures 4GWh Energy Storage Equipment Order
On September 16, PowerChina released a procurement notice for the integrated equipment and installation project of Ningxia Xiangteng No. 2 and No. 3 Power Technology Co., Ltd.'s energy storage stations. The notice indicates plans to procure energy storage system equipment via direct purchasing from Xi'an Singularity Energy Co., Ltd.
This procurement involves two energy storage station projects—Ningxia Xiangteng No. 2 and No. 3—located in the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base in Lingwu, Yinchuan City, Ningxia. Each project plans to build a 500MW/2000MWh energy storage station, bringing the combined total capacity to 1GW/4GWh.
800MWh Energy Storage Project Supplied by Sineng Electric Commissioned
Recently, a 200MW/800MWh energy storage station in Yuncheng, Shanxi Province, officially entered commercial operation.
Sineng Electric supplied 32 sets of 6.25MW string energy storage power conversion system (PCS) and step-up transformer all-in-one units for the project, paired with its latest generation of 430kW liquid-cooled string energy storage PCS.
First of Zhongchu Technology's 70MWh Energy Storage Projects in Japan Commissioned
On September 10, the 2MW/10MWh energy storage station in Wakayama, Japan, supplied by Zhongchu Technology, officially commenced commercial operation.
In early 2026, Zhongchu Technology signed an equipment supply agreement with the project owner for seven 2MW/10MWh energy storage stations across Japan, totaling 14MW/70MWh in capacity. The projects are distributed across seven regions, including Osaka, Tokyo, and central Kyushu, and are scheduled to all be grid-connected by the end of 2027. The newly commissioned Wakayama project is the first station from this batch to enter commercial operation.
LONGi Green Energy Secures 20MWh Energy Storage Project Order
Recently, LONGi Green Energy signed a 20MWh energy storage project cooperation agreement with Shanxi Dingxin Logistics. Under the agreement, LONGi Green Energy will provide four 5MWh LONGiBank 1.0 liquid-cooled energy storage systems for the Jutong heavy truck charging station in Yuncheng, Shanxi.
The project was previously equipped with 3.2MW of distributed photovoltaics (PV). Once the energy storage system is commissioned, it will operate in synergy with the PV and charging facilities. Its primary function will be to optimize station power usage, reduce electricity procurement demand during peak hours, and smooth out grid load fluctuations caused by the centralized high-power charging of heavy trucks.
RelyEZ Secures 500MWh Energy Storage Order in France
On September 16, RelyEZ signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on energy storage cooperation with a French client. The two parties will collaborate on energy storage project development, system integration, and product delivery in France, with the first batch of orders reaching 500MWh.
According to reports, the two sides plan to advance commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage projects in France. RelyEZ will be responsible for providing the energy storage systems along with related technical and commercial support, while the French partner will participate in project development, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC), grid connection, and after-sales services. By the end of 2027, the total capacity of the energy storage projects planned by both parties is expected to exceed 500MWh.
Guanlong Power Delivers 8.36MWh Energy Storage Project in Europe
In September, Guanlong Power delivered a 2MW/8.36MWh microgrid energy storage project in Europe. The system is deployed at a local bus depot to provide coordinated solar, storage, and charging support for electric buses.
The large-scale microgrid system paired with the project consists of a containerized battery system and a power conversion and step-up all-in-one unit independently developed by Guanlong Power.
Lixingneng Secures Nearly 100MWh in Overseas Energy Storage Orders
Recently, Lixingneng successfully completed the shipment of multiple batches for its overseas energy storage projects, covering markets such as Serbia, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and India, with the total project capacity approaching 100MWh.
The shipped projects are primarily distributed across European and Asian markets. Among them, Europe is a key overseas market for Lixingneng, with relevant projects involving Eastern Europe and the UK market. The Indian projects have also been dispatched, further expanding the company's energy storage business footprint in Asia.
