EnergyTrend has learned that recently, Hyperstrong, CATL, and Yichu Shuzhi have respectively established three new energy storage companies, with businesses covering areas such as wind-solar-storage project development and battery manufacturing.
Hyperstrong Establishes Joint Venture New Company
On August 18, Binzhou Bochuang Dibin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
According to Qichacha, the new company has a registered capital of 10 million RMB, with Boqing Zhibin (Wudi) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hyperstrong, holding a 55% stake, and Beijing Yuanye New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. holding 45%.
Located in Wudi County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, the new company's business scope covers wind power generation technical services, solar power generation technical services, energy storage technical services, engineering and technical research and experimental development, primarily undertaking business related to the development of wind-solar-storage projects in the Shandong region.
CATL Establishes Ya'an New Material Company
On August 20, CATL (Ya'an) New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 400 million RMB.
Qichacha data shows that the company is 100% owned by CATL, with Wu Xixiong as the legal representative, and its registered address is No. 11 Binhe East Road, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province.
The new company's business scope includes R&D of new material technology, manufacturing of specialized electronic materials, non-ferrous metal alloy manufacturing, common non-ferrous metal smelting, mineral washing and processing, R&D of resource recycling technology, sales of chemical products (excluding hazardous chemicals), and investment activities with self-owned funds, expanding its layout in upstream battery materials and resource recycling sectors.
Yichu Shuzhi Establishes Another New Energy Storage Company
On August 11, Qinghai Yanchu Xinsheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
The new company has a registered capital of 5 million RMB and is registered in the Green Industrial Park of Haiyan County, Haibei Prefecture, Qinghai Province. Qichacha information shows that the company is 100% owned by Shenzhen Anda Xinsheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary under Yichu Shuzhi.
The new company's business scope includes battery manufacturing, battery components sales, photovoltaic equipment manufacturing and sales, energy storage technical services, new energy prime mover equipment manufacturing, R&D of resource recycling technology, contract energy management, software development, focusing on energy storage battery and new energy equipment businesses.
