According to EnergyTrend, LONGi Green Energy and Yichu Digital Intelligence have successively established six new subsidiaries recently, whose business scope covers photovoltaic (PV), energy storage, and new energy technology research and development.
LONGi Establishes New Energy Company
Lanzhou Longyu New Energy Co., Ltd. was founded on July 17. Enterprise equity data from Qichacha shows that the new company is wholly owned by Xi'an LONGi New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of LONGi Green Energy, with a registered capital of 100,000 RMB and its registered address in Yuzhong County, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province.
The business scope of the new company covers a wide range of new energy-related services, including emerging energy technology research and development, solar power generation technical services, manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components, sales of solar thermal power generation products, artificial intelligence industry application system integration services, sales of electronic components and electromechanical component equipment, and sales of new energy power equipment.
Yichu Digital Intelligence Launches Five New Companies in Succession
Also in mid-July, Yichu Digital Intelligence, a leading energy storage enterprise, set up five new companies intensively within five days, with registration locations in Shenzhen and Changzhou respectively.
The registration details of the five new companies are as follows:
- Shenzhen Chengxin Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. – Established on July 17
- Shenzhen Fengyu Xinsheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. – Established on July 15
- Shenzhen Zhongheng Xinsheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. – Established on July 15
- Shenzhen Anda Xinsheng Energy Technology Co., Ltd. – Established on July 15
- Changzhou Jinneng Technology Co., Ltd. – Established on July 13
According to Qichacha, all five newly established companies have a registered capital of 5 million RMB. Among them, Changzhou Jinneng Technology Co., Ltd. is 100% held by Shenzhen Chucai Keda Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Yichu Digital Intelligence, while the remaining four companies are wholly owned by Yichu Digital Intelligence.
Their business scope includes emerging energy technology R&D, manufacturing and sales of new energy power equipment, production and sales of photovoltaic equipment and components, wind power generation technical services, energy storage technical services, battery sales, resource recycling technology research and development, safety system monitoring services, and information system integration services.
