Trina Solar Establishes New Entity with RMB 10 Million Registered Capital
Jiangsu Trina Yuanhang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated on July 2.
According to Qichacha, the new company boasts a registered capital of RMB 10 million and is wholly owned by Trina Power, an affiliate of Trina Solar.
Located in Tianning District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, its business scope covers R&D of emerging energy technologies, equity investment, corporate headquarters management, information technology consulting, supply chain management, import and export of goods, as well as technical services and development.
Envision Energy Launches New Wind-Solar-Storage Enterprise
Envision Digital Intelligence (Shangdu) Information Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on July 3. Zheng Zihao serves as its legal representative. The firm has a registered capital of RMB 1 million and is fully held by Envision Green Engine (Ulanqab) Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Envision Energy.
Registered in Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, it engages in wind power technology services, energy storage technology services, solar power generation technology services, R&D of emerging energy technologies and power generation technical services.
Yichu Digital Intelligence Incorporates Two PV-Storage Companies on the Same Day
Shenzhen Zhiyuan Cloud Energy Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Xunyue Cloud Energy Co., Ltd. were both established on July 8.
Both entities are wholly-owned platforms under Yichu Digital Intelligence and registered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, each with a registered capital of RMB 120 million.
Their business scopes include R&D of emerging energy technologies, manufacturing of new energy prime movers, production and sales of PV equipment and components, wind power technical services, energy storage technical services, manufacturing and sales of batteries, and new material technology promotion services.
