According to EnergyTrend, a host of leading new energy enterprises have set up energy storage subsidiaries recently, with LONGi, Envision and GCL rolling out new energy storage affiliates one after another, accelerating their deployment across the solar-storage sector.

Shenzhou Longshen Green Storage New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was founded on June 4, 2026, with a registered capital of RMB 1 million. The new firm is wholly owned by Xi’an LONGi New Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Enterprise information platform Qichacha records show the company is registered in Shenzhou City, Hengshui, Hebei Province. Its business scope covers energy storage technical services, wind and solar power generation technical services, leasing of photovoltaic power generation equipment, energy performance contracting, operation of EV charging infrastructure, and R&D of power energy-saving technologies.

Envision Energy Launches New Energy Storage Enterprise

Registered Capital: RMB 1 Million

Jiangyin Jingfeng Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was incorporated on June 11, 2026, with a registered capital of RMB 1 million, and is fully held by Envision Energy Co., Ltd.

Per Qichacha data, the enterprise is located in Jiangyin City, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Its business scope includes energy storage technical services, sales of new energy prime movers, sales of wind farm equipment, R&D of wind power systems, wind power generation technical services, sales of intelligent power transmission and distribution equipment, sales of complete wind turbines and spare parts, as well as development and promotion of new energy technologies.

GCL Sets Up New Energy Storage Company

Registered Capital: RMB 553.935859 Million

Zhejiang GCL Xinhui Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established on June 10 with a registered capital of RMB 553,935,859. As indicated on Qichacha, the company is wholly owned by GCL Smart Energy (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., an affiliate of GCL Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

Registered in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, the company’s general business items include R&D of emerging energy technologies, energy storage technical services, power generation technical services, energy performance contracting, energy conservation management services, software development and engineering management services. Its licensed business items cover power generation, power transmission and power supply, as well as construction project contracting.
