Leveraging their leading advantages in high-efficiency technologies such as N-type TOPCon, Heterojunction (HJT), and ABC (All Back Contact), Chinese photovoltaic (PV) companies are continuously accelerating their expansion into international markets. Recently, several PV enterprises have reported new successes in their overseas operations, with Trina Solar, Risen Energy, and Aiko Solar successively securing multiple module orders.

Trina Solar Secures 600MW Module Order

Recently, Trina Solar signed a partnership agreement with Ecohope Solar. Over the next three years, Ecohope Solar will purchase and distribute a total of 600MW of Trina Solar's Vertex N G3 and Vertex S+ G3 modules.

According to the agreement, their cooperation covers the Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, and African markets. Among these, Thailand will serve as a key market in Southeast Asia, while the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region represents a strategic focus for the Middle East market. The designated products will primarily be applied to residential, commercial, and industrial PV projects.

Risen Energy Signs Another 70MW Module Order in Ghana

Recently, Risen Energy reached a cooperation agreement with a local energy company in Ghana to supply 70MW of its "Hyper-ion" series high-efficiency HJT modules for the latter's PV projects.

This marks another successful contract signing between the two parties, following the successful grid connection of their 40MW collaborative project in 2025.

Aiko Solar Supplies 72MW Ground-Mounted PV Project in Germany

Recently, the 72MW large-scale ground-mounted PV power plant in Wettin-Löbejün-Merbitz, Germany—jointly realized by Aiko Solar and its partners ESG Kraftwerke Wettin GmbH & Co. KG and Bejulo GmbH—was officially connected to the grid to generate power.

It is reported that the project was jointly developed by ESG Kraftwerke Wettin GmbH & Co. KG and Bejulo GmbH, featuring the installation of exactly 110,566 Aiko ABC modules.

Calculations indicate that, under the exact same land footprint, utilizing Aiko's ABC modules increases the power plant's overall installed capacity by 4.8% and boosts its full-lifecycle power generation by 7% compared to traditional TOPCon modules, thereby significantly enhancing the plant's economic returns.
