Recently, several renewable energy companies have disclosed the receipt of their subsidy funds. On June 8, CECEP Solar Energy announced that it has received a cumulative total of 505 million yuan in renewable energy subsidies so far this year, representing a year-on-year increase of 451.99%. Meanwhile, Chint Power announced that its controlling subsidiary had received the remaining 10 million yuan in subsidy funds for its existing asset integration and introduction project.
CECEP Solar Energy: Receives 505 Million Yuan in Renewable Energy Subsidies
On June 8, CECEP Solar Energy released a voluntary informational disclosure announcement regarding the progress of its subsidy verification and the receipt of national renewable energy subsidy funds owed to the company.
In January 2023, the State Grid and China Southern Power Grid released the "Announcement on Publishing the First Batch of Compliant Projects for Renewable Energy Generation Subsidies." CECEP Solar Energy Co., Ltd. had 77 projects included in this initial list of compliant projects. Following the national release of the first batch of compliant projects for renewable energy subsidies, the company has continuously pushed forward with the compliance and supplementary registration work for projects not yet included in the list. Recently, the company received subsidy issuance notices for an additional five photovoltaic power generation projects.
From the beginning of this year to date, the company's subsidiary photovoltaic power generation project companies have received a total of 505 million yuan in renewable energy subsidies, an increase of 451.99% compared to the same period last year. Among these, national renewable energy subsidies amounted to 489 million yuan, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 553.32%.
Chint Power: Receives Remaining 10 Million Yuan in Subsidy Funds
On the same day, Chint Power issued an announcement stating that its controlling subsidiary, Shanghai Chint Power Systems Co., Ltd., received the remaining 10 million yuan in subsidy funds for its existing asset integration and introduction project. This amount accounts for 3.55% of the company's latest audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company.
On August 2, 2025, Chint Power's controlling subsidiary was awarded the government subsidy for the existing asset integration and introduction project and had already received the first installment of 20 million yuan.
