According to EnergyTrend, Jiuquan Zhongxu Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established on April 28. The legal representative of the new company is Du Heng, with a registered capital of RMB 20 million.

According to Qichacha corporate information, the new company is wholly owned by Zhongtian Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd., making it an indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary of ZTT.

Its business scope covers energy storage technical services, battery manufacturing and sales, manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components, solar power generation technology services, digital technology services, manufacturing of power transmission, distribution and control equipment, manufacturing of transformers, rectifiers and inductors, manufacturing of generators and generator sets, AI application software development, centralized fast charging stations, and sales of new energy vehicle electrical accessories, among others.

Jiuquan, where the new company is registered, is a key new energy base in Gansu Province. The region boasts abundant wind and solar resources and has introduced supporting policies for the development of the new energy storage industry.

The business scope of the new company complements ZTT’s existing related businesses. Meanwhile, its businesses including AI application software development and big data services are closely linked to new energy sectors such as energy storage and smart power grids.
