According to EnergyTrend, multiple major photovoltaic module orders have recently been finalized. Jinko Energy, TCL Zhonghuan and Tongwei Solar have successively secured large-scale module contracts. Covering overseas market distribution and annual framework procurement by major domestic energy groups, these projects see high-efficiency N-type modules emerging as the mainstream product of choice.
01 Jinko Energy Secures 50MW Module Distribution Order
On April 27, Jinko Energy announced the signing of a module supply agreement with a client in Uzbekistan, with a total capacity of 50MW, fully equipped with Tiger Neo 3.0 modules.
The order serves both distributed photovoltaic projects and local distribution channels. Endowed with abundant solar irradiation and rising power demand, Uzbekistan is promoting distributed PV as a core driver of energy transition.
Featuring strong adaptability to Uzbekistan’s high-temperature continental climate, Tiger Neo 3.0 modules will support local project deployment. The deal also marks accelerated expansion of Jinko Energy’s distributed and distribution business across Central Asia.
02 TCL Zhonghuan Awarded 4GW PV Module Framework Procurement Contract
Recently, the bidding results of Jingneng Group’s 2026 annual centralized PV module framework procurement were officially released. TCL Zhonghuan won both bidding sections, with a combined awarded scale of 4GW.
Since 2025, TCL Zhonghuan has deeply participated in new energy base construction for major domestic energy enterprises and secured multiple annual framework orders from state-owned energy groups, steadily expanding its market share in large-scale ground power stations. Covering upcoming ground-mounted power stations, hybrid PV projects and large-scale new energy bases, this procurement includes both TOPCon and BC module packages, all won by TCL Zhonghuan.
TCL Zhonghuan ranks as the first winning candidate for the BC section of Jingneng Group’s tender. The company holds a global leading patent portfolio for core BC technologies, with more than 1,600 granted patents and comprehensive technological barriers.
In addition, TCL Zhonghuan’s T5 Pro multi-cut high-efficiency TOPCon modules serve as its flagship N-type product tailored for utility-scale power stations and large energy base projects.
03 Tongwei Shortlisted for 180MW PV Module Order
On April 24, the shortlist was published for the supplementary module tender of SPIC Wangmo Shitun Ximan 160MW Agrivoltaic Power Station and the PV module & inverter procurement of Wangmo Jinggebanjiang 130MWp Agrivoltaic Power Station.
Key tender results are as follows:
- Modules: Tongwei Solar ranked as the first shortlisted bidder with a quotation of ¥0.804/W; GCL Integration ranked second at ¥0.758/W.
- Inverters: SolaX Power took the first position at ¥0.083/W, while TBEA ranked second with a quotation of ¥0.078/W.
The procured modules adopt high-power N-type bifacial designs, including 715W and 720W specifications, with respective capacities of 50MW and 130MW, totaling 180MW. The supporting inverter scale reaches 99.52MW, with scheduled delivery starting from April 1, 2026.
