On March 27, EVE Energy released an announcement stating its plan to sign a cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of the Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Industrial Development Zone. The agreement concerns the company's investment in and construction of the "EVE Energy 60GWh Energy Storage (Power) Battery Production and Manufacturing Project" within the committee's jurisdiction.

Reportedly, the total investment for this project is approximately 6 billion yuan. Covering a planned land area of about 500 mu, the project aims to build a 60GWh energy storage (power) battery production base located in the Huizhou Zhongkai High-tech Zone. EVE Energy stated that this cooperation will help the company better seize market opportunities in energy storage and power batteries, further expand its production capacity scale, and optimize its industrial structure.

On the same day, the company disclosed its 2025 annual report. During the reporting period, the company's total operating revenue reached 61.47 billion yuan, representing a year-on-year increase of 26.44%. Among this, the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 4.134 billion yuan. Over the same period, the net cash flow generated from the company's operating activities reached 7.492 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year growth of 68.98%. This significantly strengthened cash flow performance reflects a continuous improvement in the payment collection capability of its core business and overall operational stability.

Broken down by product, power battery shipments reached 50.15GWh, a year-on-year increase of 65.56%. Energy storage battery shipments hit 71.05GWh, up 40.84% year-on-year, generating a revenue of 24.44 billion yuan, which represents a 28.45% year-on-year increase. Accounting for 39.76% of total revenue, energy storage batteries have now become the enterprise's second-largest source of income. The gross profit margin for energy storage batteries stood at 12.28%, a year-on-year decrease of 2.44%.

In terms of capacity layout, EVE Energy possesses 11 production bases globally. Domestically, it has established production capacities in Huizhou, Hubei, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Yunnan, and Zhejiang. Internationally, the company has completed a battery production base in Malaysia and is actively advancing the construction of its factory project in Hungary.

Regarding R&D and technological layout, EVE Energy's research and development investment reached 3.435 billion yuan in 2025, accounting for 5.59% of its operating revenue.

In the energy storage sector, EVE Energy has focused on advancing the technological transformation and upgrade of its "large prismatic + stacking" technology, becoming the world's first enterprise to mass-produce 600Ah+ energy storage batteries. In October 2022, EVE Energy took the lead in releasing the 628Ah ultra-large capacity battery cell, Mr. Big, which went into production in December 2024. In 2025, an independent energy storage power station equipped with the 628Ah large batteries was put into operation. With an installed capacity of 400MWh, this station successfully realized the deployment of 600Ah+ large energy storage batteries in a hundred-megawatt-hour-scale project.

At the same time, its sodium-ion battery energy storage system has also been put into operation. During the reporting period, construction began on the headquarters of EVE Sodium Energy. With a planned annual capacity of 2GWh, this project will efficiently empower energy storage and AIDC (Artificial Intelligence Data Center) scenarios. Furthermore, the company has planned the construction of a 100MWh solid-state battery mass production base, and the Longquan series of solid-state battery products have successively rolled off the production line.
