Shuangdeng Group Announces 2025 Annual Results: Revenue Grows 13% Driven by Successful AIDC Transformation

On March 25, Shuangdeng Group released its annual results announcement for the year ended December 31, 2025.

During the reporting period, Shuangdeng Group comprehensively advanced the upgrade of its business structure, successfully transforming from a traditional telecommunications energy storage manufacturer into a global AIDC (Artificial Intelligence Data Center) energy infrastructure solutions provider. In 2025, the Group achieved a total revenue of RMB 5.083 billion, representing a year-on-year increase of 13%.

Short-Term Profitability Fluctuates Due to Phased Adjustments

Impacted by factors such as fluctuations in raw material prices and product structure adjustments, Shuangdeng Group's short-term profitability experienced phased fluctuations. In 2025, the company realized a gross profit of RMB 709 million, a year-on-year decrease of 5.6%; profit for the year stood at RMB 255 million, representing a 27.7% decline compared to 2024.

In response to this, the company stated that with the gradual release of AIDC lithium battery production capacity and the emergence of economies of scale, overall profitability is expected to progressively improve in the long term.

Significant Optimization of Business Structure with an Accelerated Second Growth Curve

In 2025, the AIDC energy storage business became the company's primary source of revenue, generating an annual total revenue of approximately RMB 1.907 billion, a year-on-year increase of 37%. Notably, revenue from lithium-ion battery products utilized in AIDC scenarios surged significantly by approximately 598.3% year-on-year, with sales volume growing by about 531.8% year-on-year.

Concurrently, the new power energy storage business also demonstrated strong growth momentum, with annual revenue reaching RMB 892 million, a year-on-year increase of 97.9%, accounting for 17.5% of total revenue. Within this segment, revenue from power energy storage lithium battery products reached RMB 826.8 million during the period, up approximately 111.1% year-on-year, while product sales volume recorded a robust year-on-year increase of 376.5%.

Accelerated Implementation and Upgrade of Domestic and Overseas Production Capacity

To address a market landscape characterized by continuously full order books and demand outstripping supply, the company actively advanced its domestic and international capacity construction. Domestically, the 2.8GWh lithium battery cell factory in Xiangyang, Hubei, successfully commenced production, significantly enhancing large-scale supply capabilities. Meanwhile, construction of the 2.8GWh high-rate lithium battery production line project dedicated to AIDCs in Taizhou, Jiangsu, began in October 2025 to consolidate the company's market-leading position.

Regarding overseas capacity, technological upgrades at the Malaysian production base steadily progressed. During the reporting period, the technological transformation of advanced PACK production lines was completed, quickly equipping the facility with large-scale delivery capabilities for AIDC energy storage systems. Furthermore, the base obtained key international certifications such as UL and UN, fully meeting global market entry and compliance requirements.

Advancing the "China Plus" Global Layout and Expanding Overseas Markets for Three Major Businesses

Looking ahead, Shuangdeng Group will continuously drive its "China Plus" globalization layout, focusing on supporting the overseas expansion of its three major businesses: AIDC, new power, and telecommunications energy storage.

In addition, the company plans to build new domestic production capacity for large-capacity semi-solid-state energy storage battery cells and expand its high-rate lithium battery scale. Simultaneously, it will invest in and construct a high-rate lithium battery production line catering to AIDCs in Southeast Asia, thereby strengthening its global delivery capabilities.
