10.58 Million RMB First Batch Order Secured: Hendera Tech Signs 3GWh Energy Storage System Cooperation

On December 2nd, Kunming Hendera Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Hendera Tech) issued an announcement, declaring the signing of a 3GWh Energy Storage System Project Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement and a 1GWh Energy Storage Battery Procurement Contract.

The announcement covers two key contractual developments: Firstly, Hendera Tech recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Zhejiang Taihu Energy Valley. Leveraging their respective industrial advantages, technical resources, and business foundations, both parties plan to jointly construct a 3GWh energy storage system project over the next three years and establish a long-term stable strategic cooperative partnership.

Secondly, on December 1st, 2025, Hendera Tech signed an "Aluminum-based Lead-carbon Battery Procurement Contract" with Zhejiang Zhidong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhejiang Taihu Energy Valley. Under the strategic cooperation framework between Taihu Energy Valley and Hendera Tech, Zhejiang Zhidong and Taihu Energy Valley intend to provide approximately 1GWh of energy storage application projects within about one year for purchasing 1GWh of Hendera Tech's aluminum-based lead-carbon energy storage batteries, with specific implementation to be carried out in batches and categories.

Among them, the total price (including VAT) of the first batch of aluminum-based lead-carbon batteries is RMB 10.58832 million, corresponding to a battery capacity of approximately 18MWh, accounting for about 1.8% of the total 1GWh capacity of aluminum-based lead-carbon energy storage batteries.

Through this strategic cooperation, Hendera Tech can integrate into Taihu Energy Valley's project ecosystem, with cooperation scenarios focusing on core areas such as energy storage power stations and base station supporting facilities. The landing of the first batch of procurement orders and the 3GWh energy storage system project cooperation plan will also serve as a benchmark case for the market promotion of Hendera Tech's large-capacity aluminum-based lead-carbon long-duration energy storage batteries in the East China region.
