According to Qichacha data, the establishment dates of these 6 new companies are concentrated between November 25th and 27th.
- On November 25th, Shenzhen Lixian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Fengguan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Ke'an New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. were established simultaneously, each with a registered capital of 5 million yuan.
- On November 26th, Shenzhen Yidian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Feicheng Zhiyuan Energy Technology Co., Ltd. were successively founded, also with a registered capital of 5 million yuan each.
- On November 27th, Shenzhen Minzhen Zhiyuan Juchu Technology Co., Ltd. completed its registration, with a registered capital of 5 million yuan.
All the aforementioned enterprises focus on new energy-related fields, with their business scope covering new energy technology R&D, manufacturing and sales of new energy prime movers; manufacturing and sales of photovoltaic equipment and components; and energy storage technology services, etc.
The intensive launch of these new companies is a key measure for Ganfeng Lithium to deploy in the downstream of the new energy industry chain, which will help further improve its business ecosystem and enhance its market competitiveness in related fields.
