Huasun Energy, TCL Solar Announce New Photovoltaic Module Deals
2025-11-28 16:04

Recently, photovoltaic module manufacturers have secured new orders in both domestic and overseas markets. Huasun Energy has finalized a mass-production partnership for its 760W heterojunction (HJT) modules, further driving the large-scale adoption of high-power HJT products. Meanwhile, TCL Solar has partnered with Korea’s I-Solar Energy, becoming the preferred module supplier for the company’s commercial and industrial (C&I) PV projects.

Huasun Energy Secures Mass-Production Order for 760W HJT Modules

On November 25, Huasun Energy signed a mass-production order for its 760W modules with partners including Anhui Guoding Construction and Abdullah Reabi Company. The product ordered is the newly released module from Huasun Energy.

On the same day, Huasun Energy held the “Break Boundaries · Elevate Dimensions—760W High-Power HJT Module Mass-Production Launch Event,” officially releasing the Himalaya 760 HV heterojunction module, which features a mass-production power output of 760W, a conversion efficiency of 24.5%, and a system voltage raised to 2000V.

In terms of manufacturing processes, the module adopts a 132-cell upper-and-lower twin-circuit design, utilizing half-cut cell technology, large-format wafers, and negative-gap technology. The production equipment and processes are already mature, requiring no secondary line reconstruction—only minor adjustments to the stringer are needed to achieve high-efficiency, high-yield mass production.

Calculations show that compared with a TOPCon 725W module (1500V system), the HJT 760W module (2000V system) can reduce BOS costs by 15.21 cents/W, saving approximately 11.95% in BOS expenses. The internal rate of return (IRR) of the power plant increases by 0.86 percentage points, delivering a significant improvement in investment returns for PV power projects.

TCL Solar Expands Into the Korean C&I PV Market

On November 26, TCL Solar signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with I-Solar Energy, a leading EPC company in Korea’s commercial and industrial PV sector.

Under the agreement, TCL Solar will become the preferred module supplier for I-Solar Energy’s C&I PV projects in Korea. Leveraging TCL Solar’s comprehensive product portfolio, the two parties will jointly promote a diversified range of high-efficiency modules in the Korean market.

Among these, TCL Solar’s lightweight modules will be a core focus, as they are particularly suitable for C&I rooftop applications with limited load-bearing capacity. Combined with the high-efficiency and high-reliability characteristics of TOPCon modules, TCL Solar aims to deliver the most suitable solutions for various Korean C&I rooftop scenarios.
