This amount is equivalent to 68.83% of the company's audited operating income in 2024, and the subject matter of the contract is a turnkey solution for photovoltaic cell production lines.

According to the announcement, in 2023, RoboTechnik had similar transactions with Company D and its holding subsidiaries, with a total sales contract value of approximately RMB 60.932 million, accounting for 3.88% of its operating income that year. There were no similar transaction records between the two parties in 2022 and 2024.

RoboTechnik stated that the subject matter is a turnkey solution for photovoltaic cell production lines, which is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance for the current and future fiscal years. The company will recognize revenue in the corresponding accounting periods in accordance with the contract requirements and revenue recognition principles (with the final data subject to the audit by a certified public accounting firm).
