On October 15, 2025, Zhejiang Tianhong Lithium-ion Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianhong Lithium Battery") and HAWAGA officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Hangzhou Institute for Advanced Study of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, establishing a long-term strategic cooperative partnership.
