On September 16, Shanghai Robestec Energy Co, Ltd. and Unisun Energy Group (hereinafter referred to as "Unisun Energy ") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Senior representatives from both parties attended the signing ceremony to jointly explore new paths for the development of the energy storage industry.

Under the agreement, both parties will fully integrate their respective strengths in project development, investment and financing services, engineering construction, and power plant operations to pursue “comprehensive, multi-tiered, and broad-based” cooperation.

For overseas markets, they will closely collaborate on project investment, equipment supply, and operations and maintenance to jointly expand the global energy storage market.

 In the domestic market, the two parties will join forces to focus on the refined operation and maintenance management of energy storage power stations. Through efficient coordination and technological empowerment, they will enhance the full lifecycle value of energy storage assets.

Additionally, they will jointly develop commercial and industrial energy storage projects as well as large-scale energy storage initiatives, creating high-performance, highly reliable energy storage equipment and system solutions to empower the implementation of diversified application scenarios.
