On July 8, Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics Co., Ltd. (Suzhou Good-Ark) disclosed the revised version of its prospectus for the 2024 private placement of A-shares.

The company plans to raise no more than RMB 886.8 million (inclusive) through the offering, which will be mainly used for the following projects: the “500-ton Annual Production of Solar Electronic Paste Project” by Suzhou Jingyin New Material Technology Co., Ltd., the “Small Signal Product Packaging and Testing Project,” the “Good-Ark (Suzhou) Innovation Research Institute Project,” and for supplementing working capital.

According to the announcement, Suzhou Good-Ark has developed a full range of silver paste products, including high-temperature silver paste for TOPCon cells, low-temperature silver paste and silver-coated copper paste for heterojunction (HJT) cells, silver paste for BC cells, and high-efficiency PERC cell silver paste. The 500-ton annual solar electronic paste project will focus on expanding production capacity for high-temperature silver paste used in TOPCon cells and low-temperature silver paste for HJT cells, representing a scale-up of the company’s core business.

The small signal product packaging and testing project is centered around the company’s existing semiconductor packaging and testing operations, targeting the independent production of small signal discrete device products. This project aims to further optimize the company’s manufacturing processes and product portfolio, enhance profitability, and improve risk resilience.
