On June 17, the commencement ceremony of Shouhang High-Tech's 50MW/400MWh lithium iron phosphate electrochemical independent energy storage project in Wushi, Xinjiang was held in Aheya Town. The project plans a total investment of 395 million yuan and intends to build a 50MW/400MWh independent energy storage power station, including energy storage engineering, switch stations, transmission projects, etc. The project covers a total area of 37.13 mu, with a planned construction period of 6 months, and is scheduled to be completed and connected to the grid by the end of the year.

Upon completion, the project is expected to achieve an annual output value of approximately 50 million yuan and tax revenue of about 6.5 million yuan. It is understood that the project uses excess power during low grid load periods to store energy through chemical batteries, and feeds power to the grid during peak load periods, playing a role in "peak shaving and valley filling". It will undertake tasks such as grid peak regulation, frequency modulation, phase modulation, load reserve, and emergency accident reserve, while addressing the problem of unbalanced loads within the regional power grid, bringing significant social, environmental, and economic benefits.
