The first phase of Bester (Hefei) Power and Energy Storage Battery PACK Project covers an area of about 70 acres, with a design capacity of 5GWh. It mainly produces high-performance lithium-ion power batteries and energy storage batteries, and provides lithium-ion battery systems for new energy vehicle enterprises and optical storage construction projects. It is expected that the production capacity will exceed 2 billion yuan in 2025, and the annual output value of the first phase will be nearly 4 billion yuan after reaching full production. The factory adopts BYD's most advanced 2.2 automatic line.

According to the introduction, the batteries produced by Bester New Energy will be widely used in commercial vehicles, microfacets and micro trucks, light trucks, medium and heavy trucks, buses, construction machinery and other major models in the market in the future, and the customers include BYD, JAC and other famous automobile companies.

In addition to supplying batteries for new energy vehicle enterprises, Bester (Hefei) power and energy storage battery PACK plant also produces energy storage equipment for photovoltaic, industrial and commercial energy storage, etc., which plays a role in peak shaving and valley filling.
