On September 10, the Company's subsidiary Hubei EVE Power Co., Ltd signed AMENDMENT NO.1 TOMASTER PURCHASE AGREEMENT with American Energy Storage Innovations, Inc. and ABS has assigned the original agreement to AESI, according to this agreement EVE Power is expected to deliver approximately 19.5GWh of square lithium iron phosphate batteries to AESI.
It is also mentioned that the MASTER PURCHASE AGREEMENT entered into between the Company and ABS in respect of the Original Agreement is replaced by this Agreement and the contents agreed herein are subsequently executed in view of the fact that the contents of the Original Agreement have been included in the contents of this Agreement.
The announcement refers to the “original agreement signed between the company and ABS”, which refers to the 13.389GWh order from EVE Energy in June last year. On June 15, 2023, Huizhou EVE Energy Co., Ltd. Entered into the MASTER PURCHASE AGREEMENT with American Battery Solution (ABS), pursuant to which the Company expects to produce and deliver 13.389 GWh of square lithium iron phosphate batteries to ABS.

Recently, the first phase of Lingshou County Ruite New Energy 1GW/2GWh Flexibility Independent Energy Storage Project was formally completed and successfully connected to the grid and put into operation. This is the first independent energy storage project jointly constructed by EVE Energy and Beijing State Grid Power. The project adopts EVE Energy's lithium iron phosphate battery and liquid-cooled energy storage solution, and the power station has the ability and requirement to independently participate in auxiliary services such as grid frequency regulation and peak shifting.
