On July 23, EVE Energy announced that it had signed a memorandum of the agreement, Infineon will provide a complete set of chip solutions for the new generation of battery management systems, covering key components such as microcontroller units, analog front ends, power management ICs, drivers, MOSFETs, controller area networks, and sensor products.
In fact, this is the fourth cooperation agreement EVE Energy has signed in less than a month. On June 25, EVE Energy and Cao Cao Mobility officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the Geely Technology Building. They will achieve deep cooperation in multiple business areas to accelerate the research and development and implementation of Cao Cao Mobility's custom vehicles.
On July 10, EVE Energy and Delta Electronics officially signed a memorandum of understanding. The two parties will deeply cooperate in the global energy storage market, strengthening collaboration in various scenarios such as battery cells, battery management systems, and energy storage system projects.
On July 16, EVE Energy signed an agreement with Guangzhou Public Transport Group New Energy Company. The two parties will deeply cooperate in the fields of battery technology research and development, battery bank extension business, battery regeneration and secondary utilization, and "solar-storage-charging" new energy.
Among the cooperation partners, Infineon is a global leading semiconductor company, Cao Cao Mobility is a new energy shared mobility platform, Delta Electronics is a global provider of power management and thermal solutions, and Guangzhou Public Transport Group New Energy Development Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Guangzhou Public Transport Group, involving upstream components and downstream applications in various fields and scenarios.
At the same time, EVE Energy's domestic and overseas capacity expansion is in full swing. On July 5, EVE Energy announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, EVE Energy Malaysia Co., Ltd., intends to invest in the construction of energy storage battery and consumer battery manufacturing projects, with an investment amount not exceeding 3.277 billion yuan.
At the same time, "CSCEC Installation" reported that the power battery general contracting project of Qujing EVE Energy, undertaken by CSCEC Installation, has been successfully mass-produced and delivered.
On June 28, the groundbreaking ceremony for the joint venture company ACT, established by EVE America, Cummins' wholly-owned subsidiary Electrified Power, Daimler Trucks, and Paccar, was held in Mississippi, USA.
The industry expects that by 2027, the total capacity of EVE Energy's existing capacity and newly released capacity will reach 328 GWh, expanding its capacity by about three times within four years.
