Yingli Solar and Datong Coal Mine Group held a signing ceremony for their partnership in establishing a 100MW PV project on December 20th. 

 

The 100MW project which is invested by both Datong Group and Yingli is located in Youyu County, Shanxi Province, China. Total investment is projected to be RMB$1.2 billion and the project will be divided into two phases (50MW for each). When the project is finished, the electricity generated is supposed to be 120 million kWh.

 

“For the previous projects, Yingli and Datong Group had a wonderful experience working together and we realized that both companies are professional and devoted. That experience established a reliable foundation for the 100MW PV project,” said Wu Wang-guo, Vice President for Datong Group. “I hope these two companies can work with our existing resources and technologies to create a better future.”
